Working with Michael was truly an amazing experience. I have bought and sold homes several times in the past 10 years and never had any AGENT that was so dedicated and genuine as Michael. In August of 2015, we met with 3 agents and and after having a hefty conversation with all 3 of them, we decided to give our listing to Michael as we really liked his game plan. Our magic number was $510,000, Michael provided us with recent sales and guaranteed us that if we would spend less than $2,000 on small improvements, he would be able to sell our home in the $530,000 to $540,000 range and for any reason if it didn't, he will reduce his commission by that same amount. So we took his advice and within a week, our homes curb appeal completely changed. Long story short, with in 45 days, we went into escrow for $537,000 and about 60 days after that, our escrow closed. OMG! Michael was amazing! My husband and I worked with several agents in the past and it didn’t take a while to notice how pushy and impatient agents can be. It’s like they want to make a fast sale to get the commission without taking in consideration the buyers needs and desires. I met Michael through my new business partner and I must say, from the first impression, Michael looked like a genuine guy. I met Michael trough a mutual friend about 3 months ago as I was contemplating how I can sell my home at top market value. We bought this house about a year ago and from day one after we moved in we realized that we made the wrong choice. When I met Michael, I just finished refinancing my home and it got appraised at $600,000, Michael told me exactly how he can sell my house for about 10% more than it got appraised. Since I have a big family and showing the house would be an issue on a daily basis, Michael informed us that the showings would only take place on the weekends when he would host an open house and for only 2 weeks.
