OMG! Michael was amazing! My husband and I worked with several agents in the past and it didn’t take a while to notice how pushy and impatient agents can be. It’s like they want to make a fast sale to get the commission without taking in consideration the buyers needs and desires. I was getting married and had couple of months to find the dream home I was looking for. I met Mike at a birthday party and could tell right from the beginning this guy knew what he was talking about. For the next couple of weeks, we looked at maybe 30 homes in the neighborhoods of Woodland Hills, Northridge, and Granada Hills. I met Michael trough a mutual friend about 3 months ago as I was contemplating how I can sell my home at top market value. We bought this house about a year ago and from day one after we moved in we realized that we made the wrong choice. When I met Michael, I just finished refinancing my home and it got appraised at $600,000, Michael told me exactly how he can sell my house for about 10% more than it got appraised.
