OMG! Michael was amazing! My husband and I worked with several agents in the past and it didn’t take a while to notice how pushy and impatient agents can be. I was getting married and had couple of months to find the dream home I was looking for. I met Mike at a birthday party and could tell right from the beginning this guy knew what he was talking about. I met Michael trough a mutual friend about 3 months ago as I was contemplating how I can sell my home at top market value. We bought this house about a year ago and from day one after we moved in we realized that we made the wrong choice. When I met Michael, I just finished refinancing my home and it got appraised at $600,000, Michael told me exactly how he can sell my house for about 10% more than it got appraised.
